We Build Outdoor Spaces From the Ground Down
Knight Landscape Concepts starts where most of the problems start. Grading, drainage and dirt work come first, because those decide whether a landscape holds up through a Gulf Coast summer or washes out by August. Once the ground is right, the rest follows: pavers, concrete, retaining walls, sod, plantings and irrigation.
We have been doing this work in and around Pensacola for more than 20 years. Our crews handle residential lots, commercial properties and site work for builders and contractors. We are locally owned and operated, licensed, insured and covered by workers compensation, and we own and run the equipment the job calls for.
Landscape Design and Installation
Full design and installation, from bed layout and plant selection to sod, trees and mulch. Every plant chosen for Northwest Florida heat, sand and rainfall.
Hardscapes and Concrete
Paver patios, walkways, retaining walls and outdoor kitchens, plus concrete of all types. Driveways, slabs, sidewalks, footings and steps, on base prep done to spec.
Site Work and Excavation
We clear lots, cut pads, dig footings, haul dirt, build access drives and bush hog overgrown acreage. Builders use us for the dirt work ahead of construction.
Grade Work and Drainage
Standing water is almost always a grading problem, a drainage problem, or both. We regrade lots, install French drains and catch basins, and control erosion on slopes.
Irrigation
System design and installation, seasonal checks, coverage adjustments as plantings fill in, and repairs to heads, valves, lines and controllers.
Tree Work, Ponds and More
Tree removal and stump grinding, ponds and water features, landscape lighting, pressure washing and storm debris cleanup. One contractor instead of three.
