Concrete is a large part of what we do, and we pour it flat, level and to the right thickness for the load it has to carry. Work we take on regularly:

Finish is your call. Broom finish is the practical default for driveways and walks. Stamped, exposed aggregate and colored finishes are available where the look matters. We talk through the options, including how each one holds up to Gulf Coast sun and traffic, before anything gets poured.

Base Prep Is Where Concrete and Pavers Succeed or Fail

Most failed slabs and sunken patios in this area trace back to the same thing, which is what happened under them. Sandy soil moves, and water finds the low spot. We excavate to depth, compact in lifts, use the right base material, set proper thickness and reinforcement, and grade every surface so water runs off it instead of standing on it.

It is the least visible part of the job and the part that decides how long the work lasts. We do not shortcut it, and we will tell you if a site needs more base work than you were expecting.

Paver Patios, Walkways and Driveways

Pavers give you a surface that can be lifted and reset instead of demolished, and a range of patterns and colors concrete cannot match. We install paver patios, entry walkways, garden paths, pool surrounds and paver driveways, with cut borders, proper edge restraint and jointing sand that resists washout. Sealing is available and worth considering on high traffic and poolside installations.

Retaining Walls and Seat Walls

Retaining walls do real structural work. On sloped lots and waterfront properties around Pensacola and Gulf Breeze they are often the only thing holding a usable yard in place. We build block and paver retaining walls with the drainage, backfill and base they require, plus lower seat walls and planter walls that define a patio without closing it in.

If a wall on your property is leaning, bulging or pushing out at the base, have it looked at before it fails. Rebuilding a wall is far less expensive than rebuilding a wall plus the slope behind it.
